They came along with Lord Pain when he was called by Mandy, but most of them were probably destroyed by the Demon Reaper.
What About Mimi?Edit
Later, other kind of guards appeared at Grim's Castle who more resemble skeletons with armor, instead of the fire horses. Most of them were killed by Mimi.
