Extra Video Game: Battle in Megaville

Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi (also known as Powerpuff Girls D or PPGD) is a manga sequel drawn by Vinson Ngo, commonly known as Bleedman and is hosted by Snafu-Comics.com. Until chapter 7, Bleedman mostly did all the work himself. From Chapter 7, BeeAre helped with the story and Seiryuga with colors. But since Chapter 8 Seiryuga stopped, probably because of his own projects.

The manga is a crossover with focus on The Powerpuff Girls but features many other characters from primarily Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Disney Channel shows from the 2000's. It takes place 5 years after the events of the original Powerpuff Girls. The story introduces Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, now pre-teens, attending elementary school in Megaville, a neighboring city of Townsville that is bigger. They meet with other characters like Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory), Jenny (My Life as a Teenage Robot), Courage (Courage the Cowardly Dog), Jack (Samurai Jack) and many others. However evil forces set their eyes on the girls as they are slowly drawn into a war that is bigger than they expected, whilst also involving their own drama in love and friendship.

While PPGD includes many familiar characters (drawn anime-style), the comic also sports a slew of original characters, the most noticeable being Bell and Dr. X who are the primary villains alongside Mandark (Dexter's Laboratory), Vexus (My Life as a Teenage Robot), Zim (Invader Zim) and Samantha (Medabots).

Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi was updated regularly on Sundays until Grim Tales was introduced. As time went on Bleedman introduced more comics which slowed down the progress of the comic, it usually being updated now every other week.

The comic was the "Outstanding Superhero Comic" and "Outstanding Character" winner on the Web Cartoonist's Choice Awards in 2005.

Plot

The story takes place 5 years after the events of the original Powerpuff Girls. The girls (Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup), now pre-teens, move to Megaville, a bigger neighboring city of Townsville, along with their father, Professor Utonium. There, they are transferred to a new school called Megaville Elementary and make friends with several other students like Dexter, a boy genius. But, at the same time, evil forces, both old and new, plan to take over the world with a new villain called Dr. X and his creation/daughter Bell. Using their ultra superpowers, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup have continued to dedicate their lives to fighting crime, and bigger forces of evil with their friends too!

(Link Here)

The city of Megaville...is where our story begins—more specifically: Megaville Elementary, where we see three girls and their father about to enter a classroom. Once the girls start complaining, their father reminds that it's time to move on from Townsville. The father explains that they need to go out, see the world, learn new things, meet new friends, and maybe even fight new supervillains. He also reassures them his belief that Megaville is a wonderful place that many people that been coming to lately—as well as that it would be much better than Citiesville, but the black-haired girl in the lime green dress declares that it still sucks.

(Link Here)

As the girls and their father enter the classroom, they are greeted by Ms. Meryl (an original character voiced by Kath Soucie (who had provided the voice of Ms. Keane in The Powerpuff Girls pilot "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins")). The father, Professor Jonathan Utonium (now voiced by Troy Baker (as Tom Kane entered an early retirement following a severe career-ending stroke)), apologizes for being late as he had some trouble back at the lab. He makes the girls say "Hello," to Ms. Meryl (though only two of them do so as the third girl just dozed off). After admiring the girls' colored uniforms, she introduces the class to the three new students...

(Link Here)

Blossom (Cathy Cavadini), Bubbles (Tara Strong), and Buttercup (E. G. Daily). As he leaves, Utonium tells the girls to do their best, as well as warns them (especially Buttercup) not to cause any trouble.

(Link Here)

Ms. Meryl asks the girls to give an introduction about themselves and maybe talk about some of their talents and hobbies, and the girls introduce themselves as a trio of superheroes, who "save the day just before bedtime", known as...

(Link Here (page title spelled wrong))

"The Powerpuff Girls". Sadly, the entire class (except one student) find their introduction laughably unbelievable and begin laughing at them—and Ms. Meryl even gets their team's name wrong...TWICE (calling them the "Flowerpuff Girls" first, and then the "Powderpuff Girls" second)—much to the embarrassment of our trio of heroes.

(Link Here)

And so, the Powerpuff Girls take their seats and begin spending their day dozing off; Bubbles tries to pay attention, Blossom spends her time looking out the window, and Buttercup just closes her eyes while she has her feet on her desk (surprised she doesn't get reprimanded for that).

(Link Here)

During recess, Buttercup begins complaining about her desire "to kick some butt right about now" when the girls are approached by a brown-haired boy in a lab coat (in fact, he the same student who didn't laugh during the girls' introduction). He greets the girls and apologizes for the embarrassing event earlier, but then asks if the three of them truly ARE superheroes. When Buttercup questions him...

(Link Here)

...the lab coat kid suggests they show a little demonstration, admitting to knowing a lot of superheroes—and even CLAIMING to be one himself. When the green Powerpuff Girl scoffs at his claim and sarcastically asks if he can "read books faster than a speeding bullet", the boy offers to show "a sample of his capabilities". As the Buttercup cracks her knuckles for the fight, her elder sister Blossom tries to warn her about what will happen if the professor finds out, but the black-haired girl promises to go easy on him and "knock some sense about who he's messing with". All of a sudden, the other students start gathering around for the alleged between "those new kids and that geek Dorkster".

(Link Here)

Ladies first! So, Buttercup makes the first move by throwing her foot at his face, but it appears the black-haired girl may have underestimated "Dorkster" as her foot suddenly gets blocked and she shouts, "What the...?!!" in shock...

(Link Here)

...at the sight of the lab coat boy in an exoskeleton! Buttercup calls him "Mojo's fan", but her opponent introduces himself as "Dexter, Buy Genius", and the other two Powerpuff Girls become surprised by this. Dexter (Candi Milo) vows to show her "the ultimate power of science", but Buttercup is both undeterred and determined to "kick [his] butt so [they] can end this!!!" ending the FIRST half of the first chapter...

(Link Here)

The second half begins, and Buttercup evades two punches from her opponent, jumping over him...

(For some reason (possibly technical), this page is the ONLY page of Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi that is not on Snafu Comics; fortunately, it is viewable HERE on the pages tab listed above (thank you, Crispycol).)

...but Dexter declares her attempt "impressive...but futile" and grabs her by the leg, hanging her upside-down.

(Link Here)

Blossom has finally had enough and charges in, kicking Dexter in the gut and saving her sister.

(Link Here)

When Buttercup yells at her sister for interfering, Blossom declares that if she really wants to get in trouble, then they should "do it together, reminding her that they "always have been and always will be" a team as she holds out her arm to help her up, and she also reminds this to the youngest Powerpuff Girl Bubbles since without her...

(Link Here)

..."there is no Powerpuff". And so, the Powerpuff Girls reunite to take on Dexter, who finds their team-up interesting. The Powerpuff Girls threaten that the "Boy Genius" will "get pound Powerpuff Girls", which Dexter urges them to do so...

(Link Here)

...and so, they did: the "sugar" girl kicks him in the face, the "everything nice" girl elbow him in the jaw, the "spice" girl (no pun intended) uppercuts him into the air...

(Link Here)

...and then they charge their hands up for a final blow...

(Link Here)

They each throw their own projectiles at their unconscious rival...

(Link Here)

...but Dexter quickly recovers and slams his exoskeleton hands onto the ground...

(Link Here)

...knocking the girls back in a giant blast.

(Link Here)

It becomes apparent that Dexter is the winner, but as Blosom and Buttercup get back up to resume the fight (Bubbles is still unconscious from the blast), the gym teacher suddenly arrives and ends the fight.

(Link Here)

He starts reprimanding Dexter and the new girls, but little do they that up on the rooftop of Megaville Elementary, the fight was being watched by an orange-skinned humanoid creature and a white-haired girl in a white Powerpuff Girl dress (there's also a mechanical cluster behind them that may be seen again). The creature monologues about Townsville's mightiest heroes: the Powerpuff Girls. He says that they have lived up to their reputation and become more powerful than he has ever dreamed. He turns to the little girl, whom he calls "Bell", and suggests that she tries joining the superhero, declaring her to be a Powerpuff Girl as well. And thus, our first chapter end with Bell (a fan-favorite original character voice by Kath Soucie (who had previously voiced Bubbles in the two The Powerpuff Girls pilots "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins" and "Crime 101") whispering, "Powerpuff Girl..."

(Link Here)

The second chapter...actually begins sometime in the six years in between the original series and the fan comic, with Blossom and Bubbles battling a bunch of monsters.

(Link Here)

As they continue battling, they notice that Buttercup isn't there.

(Link Here)

Just as they think they've wiped out the wave of monsters, the leader Bleedman (presumably identied as that by the title) suddenly emerges from under the ground.

(Link Here)

Suddenly, Bleedman is suddenly kicked in the face by Buttercup, who is now a...Super Saiyan?

(Link Here)

Buttercup charges up a KaMeHaMeHa wave to finish Bleedman off when the monster suddenly starts talking in Professor Utonium's voice.

(Link Here)

Yeah, as you might have guessed: this is all a training simulation within the Utonium Residence back in Townsville. Utonium reprimands him for constantly using "anime stuff" during training, and when the green Powerpuff Girl protests, her father declares that she needs to stop watching Dragon Ball shows. On top of that, Blossom ridicules her for being blonde, and when Buttercup calls the youngest Powerpuff blonde, the latter denies this and calls herself "a magical Sailor Warrior out to battle the forces of evil" and even dresses as Sailor Moon. (The moral of this mini story: Too much anime can be addicting.)

(Link Here)

Alright, NOW we begin the second chapter: "Of Men and Mutts" (the ONLY numbered chapter to have a subtitle). The batle of the previous chapter has ended, and the Powerpuff Girls and Dexter are brought to Megaville's Elementary's School Dojo by Sensei Jack (Phil LaMarr).

(Link Here)

The gym teacher reprimands the student for fighting as he considers it an unforgivable school offense; however, the girls are brand new, he decides to let them off with a warning and decides to assign Dexter as their guide.

(Link Here)

Buttercup imagines hitting Dexter's head like boxing bag, while Dexter imagines forcing the green Powerpuff Girl to run on a hamster wheel. All of a sudden, Bubbles finds and admires a large purple puppy. The "sugar" girl introduces him to Buttercup, but the spice girl (again: no pun intended) call him a "stupid dog", while the "everything nice" girl admits her youngest infatuation with animals.

(Link Here)

Thus, Jack introduces the girls to pet dog, whom he names "Courage", a special name given to him by his previous owner. the gym teacher sorrowfully explains that one night, an elderly woman (now voiced by Muriel's child voice actor: Kath Soucie (following the passing of Thea White in 2021 (RIP))) arrived at Jack's apartment.

(Link Here)

She asked him to take care of her severly beaten dog. Jack nurtured Courage (Marty Grabstein) back to health within two weeks, but when the old woman never returned, he decided to take ownership of him.

(Link Here)

He then asks Bubbles to give some love before retreating to make tea for the students. Blossom admires Jack's kindness, and he explains that he is the school most respected teacher.

(Link Here)

As Bubbles leaves with Courage to play outside, Blossom asks for more information about Sensei Jack.

(Link Here)

Dexter, who seems to be falling in love with Blossom now, explains that Jack is the Megaville Elementary's gym teacher and kendo instructor. Jack is knowledgeable in the field foreign culture and tradition, handles history class, and is an expert in the study of hieroglyphics. He has also studied many martial arts techniques, from the art of the Shaolin to the way of the samurai; there are even rumors that Jack IS a samurai.

(Link Here)

Meanwhile, Bubbles is playing with Courage by playfully scaring him (which causes the purple dog to make a terrified face).

(Link Here)

But just then, Courage makes ANOTHER terrified at something scary right behind the blue Powerpuff Girl.

(Link Here)

Courage quickly rushes back to the dojo to warn Bubbles' sisters by transforming into a monster. Buttercup and Dexter to understand the dog's terror, but Blossom realizes something's wrong and asks Courage where Bubbles is.

(Link Here)

Suddenly, the students hear Bubbles scream for help. They rush outside with Courage and find her being partially eaten by the left arm mouth of the Dread Dragon (an original character created by Kainsword17).

(Link Here)

The Dread Dragon begins attacking Dexter and Powerpuff Girls, ultimately gaining the attention of the rest of the school's students and faculty members—including Ms. Meryl, Mike Mazinsky (Nika Futterman), and Og (Dee Bradley Baker).

(Link Here)

Billy (Richard Steven Horvitz) stupidly mistakes this as the circus, but Mandy becomes excited about a potential slaughter about to happen. Blossom and Dexter attempt to think of a diversionary tactic, but Butter just goes in for the kill.

(Link Here)

Unfortunately, the Dread Dragon blast her and begins eating her with its left arm mouth.

(Link Here)

Desperate, Blossom tries to save her younger sisters, but Dexter holds her back and point the sword-wielding gym teacher falling onto the monster from the sky...

(Link Here)

The swordsman with the samurai sword slices of the hands of the Dread Dragon, freeing the two Powerpuff Girls. Regaining consciousness, the black-haired girl started blusing as she found herself in the arms of her savior: Sensei Jack.

(Link Here)

Holding onto Buttercup, Jack avoids an attack and strikes the monster with one slash...

(Link Here)

...destroying it. The eldest Powerpuff Girl becomes astonished that Sensei Jack really IS a samurai, while the creator (in-universe) of the Dread Dragon shouts "Curses..." in his mind.

(Link Here)

Watching Jack tend to Buttercup's left leg, Mojo Jojo (Roger L. Jackson) monologues about how his plans to destroy the Powerpuff Girls was foiled by the samurai. Just then, a white-haired girl approaches the Powerpuff Girls' arch-nemesis from behind and suggest his retires warns the monkey to stop interfering and suggest he retires.

(Link Here)

Mojo insists that he cannot retire until he destroys the Powerpuff Girls, but Bell chokes him into silence, introduces herself, and proceeds to drag him away to meet father...and thus, "Of Men and Mutts" comes to an end.

(Link Here)

The next day, the third chapter begins...THIS time in the state of Nevada, where we see a one-armed XJ-9/Jenny Wakeman (Janice Kawaye) being knocked down by a blast.

(Link Here)

Jenny then finds her victorious opponents standing over her: the Rowdyruff BoysBoomer (Rob Paulsen), Boomer (Rob Paulsen), and Butch (Roger L. Jackson). The green Rowdyruff Boy even taunts her with her severed arm.

(Link Here)

Butch then prepares to finish Jenny off, but his older brother orders him to stop and announces the end of the training program, just as Jenny's mother, Dr. Noreen Wakeman (Candi Milo), arrives to tend to her daughter's injuries.

(Link Here)

Outraged, Dr. Wakeman yells at Dr. Brisbaine (an original created by Mpcp13 and voiced by Nolan North), the director of "Project: Rowdy" adopted father to the boys, over his adopted sons' rampage. The adopted father apologizes for underestimating the power of the Rowdyruff Boys and offers to compensate for her robot—er, daughter's—injuries.

(Link Here)

Butch continues taunting Jenny and her creator/mother—even after Dr. Wakeman took back the arm—but Dr. Brisbaine orders him to stop, then he praises Brick's action and scolds Boomer for being "'up in the clouds' again".

(Link Here)

Dr. Brisbaine warns the youngest Rowdyruff Boy to keep his mind out of Dreamland and focus on the exercises. He then orders I. M. Weasel to have the report finished by tomorrow and sends the boys back to headquarters. Aware of his youngest brother thoughts, Brick assures Boomer that when the time comes, they;ll be strong enough that "not even some stupid kiss" will stop them, but Boomer starts think about the time he got kissed on the cheek. (Ooh, I think Boomer's got a crush...)

(Link Here)

Back in Megaville, the Powerpuff Girls begin their second day of school—when suddenly, a bunch of girls surround Buttercup. Suzy (Mae Whitman) and Tootie (Grey DeLisle) introduce themselves as members (and possibly the founders) of the "Buttercup Fan Club".

(Link Here)

Tootie admires how heroic the "spice" girl (yet again: no pun intended) was when she took on the Dread Dragon yesterday (presumably unaware that Buttercup was nearly eaten alive and BARELY landed a hit on it), and then she was saved by her knight in shining armor. As Tootie fantasizes about her crush Timmy Turner (Tara Strong) as HER knight in shining armor, Suzy begins envying the black-haired superhero being rescue by Sensei Jack. Speak of the devil—Jack arrives, and the girls charge towards him, revealing themselves to be fans of the "Samurai Jack Club" as well.

(Link Here)

(Quick cut back to Jenny.) Jenny has been temporarily deactivated, while Dr. Wakeman and Sheldon Lee attempt to repair her. As the teenage robot wakes up, she not only becomes shocked at the sight of Sheldon, but also at the revealment of Sheldon being Dr. Wakeman's new lab assistant in repairing her.

(Link Here)

Jack approaches Buttercup, and the green Powerpuff Girl becomes nervous as she begins tapping her toes behind her other foot (you know, like you do when you're in love).

(Link Here)

Suddenly, the "everything nice" girl crashes into Dexter, causing the latter to drop his book. Staring into his eyes, it appears the pink Powerpuff Girl is falling in love with the boy genius.

(Link Here)

Blossom offers to carry some of Dexter's books and walks away with him, leaving the final Powerpuff Girl alone. Bubbles becomes upset that Courage can't be with her since pets aren't allowed in school. After briefly looking at Pucca (Yang Jeong-hwa), the "sugar" girl then meets and befriends Mandy, with both girls like hamsters—although the latter proclaims that she likes hamsters "well done".

(Link Here) And then, we see a montage of the Powerpuff Girls beginning to adapt with their new lives in Megaville:

But what about Mojo Jojo?

(Link Here)

Well, that question quickly gets answered as he is brought by Bell to an underground lair, where he is confronted by a Irken in a chair.

(Link Here)

Zim (Richard Steven Horvitz) sinisterly welcomes Mojo to Black Eden and proclaims herself as the future ruler of Earth, but GIR (Rosearik Rikki Simons) ruins the moment by acting insane and annoying.

(Link Here)

Meanwhile, some of Zim's colleagues begin musing about Zim's annoyance when all of a sudden, a demonic being arrives...

(Link Here)

...and sends Zim back to his cleaning duties. While Bell starts playing with GIR, the being introduces himself to Mojo as "Dr. X", and then introduces the villainous monkey to...

(Link Here) ...the Darkstar Council:

(Link Here)

When Mojo demands an explanation, Dr. X (Frank Welker) explains—via "bedtime story"—that he was once a mad scientist bent on taking over the world (M. Bison: "Of course!") and eventually teamed with aliens of his quest of world domination. As you might've expected, many superheroes rose to oppose the mad scientists and aliens; however, Dr. X declares that their biggest threat came in the form of three little girls, whom Mojo identifies as the Powerpuff Girls.

(Link Here)

When Mojo questions Dr. X on why the girls are his biggest threat—especially since there are even bigger threats like the Justice League, Teen Titans (2003 variant as shown in future chapters), or Men In Black—the doctor explains that they appear to be stronger than even THEY can believe, then he asks Mojo about his obsession with the mini-titans, but Mojo's explanation goes on a little too long, Dr. X declares that the evil monkey now works for him. The demonic doctor explains that he has been scouring for many potential candidates with skills and knowledge to help in his cause, and then show Mojo one of his candidates...

(Link Here)

...an evil genius named "Mandark". In his lair, Mandark (Eddie Deezen) observes archrival Dexter through a computer monitor. He declares that he finally his revenge on Dexter, and he plans on using Dexter's Powerpuff girlfriend as bait.

(Link Here)

As Mandark started laughing evilly, we see Blossom in the library holding a book about young love, when she suddenly notices Dexter standing by a bookshelf. Al of a sudden, she slightly pulls out a book, which causes the shelf to move and reveal an underground passage.

(Link Here)

As he proceeds into the passageway, Blossom secretly follows after him...and discovers a secret laboratory hidden underneath the school.

(Link Here)

As she begins exploring the lab, she becomes shocked and horrified at the sight of a lifeless blonde-haired girl in a pink tutu being hung up. And the chapter ends with the brown-haired Powerpuff whispering, "Bubbles?"

(Link Here)

However, upon closer inspection, at the beginning of our next chapter, Blossom realizes that the girl ISN'T Bubbles, but before she could think any further, Dexter catches her and literally shoves her out of his lab.

(Link Here)

Concerned for Dexter, Blossom seeks out his friend Otto Osworth (Pamela Anderson) about the girl, and Otto reveals that girl is an inactive gynoid of Dexter's deceased older sister Dee Dee (Kat Cressida).

(Link Here)

Shocked, Blossom demands an explanation on what happened, so Otto, a time traveler (more specifically: a member of the Time Squad), decides to take her back to the past (with his time travel watch—much to the brown-haired Powerpuff Girl's surprised.

(Link Here)

Arriving in the past, the Time Squad member activated a time cloak to make them invincible, then she introduced Blossom to Dexter's Laboratory within his house. Just then, they spotted Dee Dee dancing around and causing trouble, with Dexter angrily chasing after her.

(Link Here)

One day, when Dexter was cooped up in his lab for too long, Dexter sought out his sister to learn the "Way of the Dee Dee". Before beginning, Dee Dee forced Dexter to promise not to try and bring her back life or change her fate should anything happen to her. (Uh-oh...)

(Link Here)

Blossom and Otto soon arrive at the night where Dexter made his final stand against Dexter's archrival Mandark and his army of Jack-Bots.

(Link Here)

One of the Jack-Bots attacks Dexter from behind, but Dee Dee jumps in the way to save brother. mortally wounding her! (OH NO!!)

(Link Here)

Horrified, Mandark retreats. Dexter futilely orders his destroyed computer (Kath Soucie) for medicbots...

(Link Here)

...but it is too late: Dee Dee succumbs to her injury and dies in her heartbroken brother's arms. Blossom, also horrified and grief-stricken, quickly huggs Otto.

(Link Here)

After bidding goodbye to her brother, Dee Dee's spirit is taken away by the Grim Reaper (Greg Eagles). At Dee Dee's funeral—which is also attended by her best friends Lee Lee (Kath Soucie) and Mee Mee (Kimberly Brooks)—Dexter reveals his secret laboratory to his parents (though this is technically the SECOND time he told them).

(Link Here)

Enraged, Blossom yells at Otto for not saving De Dee life since he was time traveler with the "duty to protect the past in order to protect [the] future", but Otto explains that not only would Dee Dee disapprove of this, but he is to protect the WORLD's future and NOT get involved with personal affairs. Eventually, Dexter became so saddened that he eventually decides to resurrect his sister.

(Link Here)

Because his lab was destroyed and he was unable his sister's body and brains, Dexter turns Dee Dee into an indestructible gynoid; however, as soon as he finishes, he begins hallucinating that the gynoid came to life and reminded him of the promise he made.

(Link Here)

Haunted by her voice, Dexter tearfully heads over to Dee Dee grave, only to come across his grieving archrival...

(Link Here)

...Mandark, grieving over the girl he was actually in love. Furious at the thought that the killer of his sister would dare to visit her, Dexter grabs him by the front of his shirt and prepares to kill him with his scalpel...and THAT is when the time travel comes to an end. (Oh, and spoiler alert (as you've clearly seen pages ago): Dexter ultimately spared his archrival's life and decided to fulfill his promise not to resurrect Dee Dee, leaving her gynoid replica inactive; however, because of unknown—yet possible personal reasons—he never destroyed the gynoid and simply kept it inactive in his second laboratory created in Megaville Elementary.)

(Link Here)

Back in the present, school ends, and the other two Powerpuff Girls, Bubbles and Buttercup, are finishing packing their backpack before heading home, when their elder sister and Otto—walking past Mac (Sean Marquette)—arrive. The "everything nice girl" suddenly embraces her younger sisters. The "sugar" and "spice" girls (one last time: no pun intended) confront Otto (the latter more violently), but Blossom tearfully orders them to stop before leaving.

(Link Here)

Later that evening, Blossom is seen hitting under a tree in thought, when she suddenly comes across GIR...and then Bell suddenly attacks.

(Link Here)

Bell tells Gir to stay back for what's about to happen. When Blossom confronts the white-dressed Powerpuff Girl, Bell introduces herself...and then proceeds to attack her more.

(Link Here)

Confused. the pink Powerpuff Girl started fighting back.

(Link Here)

(By the way, Gir is shown watching and cheering for Bell in the lower right corner on four pages of the battle (from "Girly" to "Toying with me").

(Link Here)

Bell proves to be a tough and even start taunting her opponent.

(Link Here)

And Blossom starts getting mad as the chapter comes to an end!

(Link Here)

The battle continues in the fifth chapter with Bell knocking Blossom back.

(Link Here)

As the false Powerpuff Girl homes in for another attack on the real one, Blossom notices GIR and uses her shield to catch Bell off guard and hit her.

(Link Here)

All of a sudden, Bell tearfully starts begging for her "Girly" to be released.

(Link Here)

Blossom initially doesn't buy her sob story, but GIR suddenly barfs on her and escapes back to his owner.

(Link Here)

All of a sudden, Mandark arrives and sends three Cluster (all original characters)—God of Destruction (Corey Burton), Mantix (Christopher Corey Smith), and Raptorcon (Steve Blum)—to attack her.

(Link Here)

Mandark orders the Cluster NOT to kill the Powerpuff Girl. Later that night, at the home of the Time Squad, Buck Tuddrussel (Rob Paulsen) and Larry 3000 (Mark Hamill) are arguing about dinner, while their adopted son Otto seen still thinking about his time-traveling experience with Blossom. When Larry questions his silence, Otto starts talking about Blossom, but his adopted fathers (who are NOT married—let alone gay by the way) confuse him as being approached by a girl for love.

(Link Here)

Just then, a package is delivered for Otto, and the time-traveling kid becomes shocked at what's inside. Meanwhile, Dexter is seen sitting silently in his lab.

(Link Here)

The boy genius has entered Dreamland. Cosmo (Daran Norris) and Wanda (Susanne Blakeslee) suddenly appear in his dream and witness him fantasizing about Blosom, the girl he has now fallen in love with since the second chapter.

(Link Here)

Suddenly, Otto, holding Blossom's bow and clip, contacts him. bringing the boy genius out of Dreamland. Arriving at his lab, the Time Squad agent gave him a letter from Mandark, demanding a final battle in exchange for Blossom's life. (Otto decides not to tell Dexter about his time traveling with Blossom.) Dexter orders Otto to go to the Powerpuff House and make up a story to keep Blossom's sisters from interfering with his personal matters. Oto becomes terrified about what Buttercup might do to him.

(Link Here)

To prepare, Dexter contacts "Lordofthelargepants" at fatmail.com to request usage of the Megas to save Blossom, but "Lordofthelargepants" refuses and offer to drive him himself to save Dexter's "girlfriend". Dexter denies Blossom being his girlfriend, but "Lordofthelargepants" spams this across the internet; a move Dexter regrets teaching to him. Elsewhere, Blossom wakes up to the voice of a sinister villain.

(Link Here)

Terrified, the Powerpuff Girl tries to threaten him, but Mandark reveals that he is aware of her superhero status. Just then, Megas arrives.

(Link Here)

The Megas is piloted by Harold Cooplowski (David DeLuise), with Dexter waiting in the cockpit; Coop explains that his friends Kiva (Wendee Lee) and Jamie (Steve Blum) are on vacation, then he asks Dexter for the tactical stuff he was promised.

(Link Here)

Dexter's upgrade allows the Megas to avoid Mandark's oncoming attacks via ballet dancing. Mandark instantly recognizes the dancing as the same moves that his arch-rival's sister performed, which ended up destroying his laboratory—the performance of the girl Mandark loved: Dee Dee.

(Link Here)

But then he snaps back to reality and dispatches Samantha to annihilate the Megas. The Megas has just finished wiping Mandark's forces, when Samanth arrives with Megabee to attack the Megas.

(Link Here)

Megabee overpowers Megas, so Coop reluctantly tells Dexter to go alone by foot.

(Link Here)

And so, Dexter goes on alone, and Coop decides to perform a "WTF!!?" attack.

(Link Here)

Dr. X watches as Dexter's ascends Mandark's lair.

(Link Here)

Bell is sleeping on her creator/father's lap, and Zim is watching the battle with Dr. X. As they watch, Dr. X proceeds to tell Zim about Mandark's origin as "Susan"...

(Link Here)

Continuing Dr. X's story, Mandark explained to his hostage that after Dee Dee's death, Dexter's tried to kill him in the cemetery...but ultimately DIDN'T. Afterwards, he checked himself into a correctional facility, where he spent his nights grieving Dee Dee's death. But then, one day, an angel with white long hair appeared and convinced him that Dexter was to blame for Dee Dee's death, inspiring the evil genius to "avenge" her. (FYI, this is actually Bell manipulating Mandark into joining the Darkstar Council.)

(Link Here)

Putting Bell (and GIR) to bed, Dr. X continues by revealing that Mandark joined the Darkstar Council. Dr. X (in his human form) raised Mandark like he was his son and Bell saw him as her big brother (and possibly even a love interest); however, Mandark still had one FINAL goal: the destruction of his arch-rvial Dexter.

(Link Here)

Thus, Mandark places Blossom in a water tank...when Dexter suddenly arrives, and Mandark welcomes his arch-rival..."to [his] DOOM!!!" And thus, the battle will be continued in the next chapter...

(Link Here)

And so, Chapter 6 commences with Suzy and Tootie narrating the events of the previous chapter in a comedic fashion—before commencing...

(Link Here)

..."THE GREATEST BATTLE THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN",

(Link Here)

While the two boy geniuses fight with boxing gloves, jousting sticks, lightsabers, and even pillows(?), Blossom tries to break free from the silo as water starts to rise, but the silo happens to be heat proof, lazer proof, diamond proof, bullet proof, and "head" proof.

(Link Here)

Mandark relishes in the delight the finishing his arch-rival and starts blaming him for him own sister's death. And when Dexter obviously denies it, he gets silenced.

(Link Here)

Mandarks begins delusionally blaming Dee Dee's death on Dexter as he claims that Dee Dee purposefully stepped in front of the laser in a suicidal way. Then he blames him for changing him from "Susan" to "Mandark". He declares that his family would've been better off if their son was just a normal boy and NOT a genius. He goes on to say that Dexter's friends and family would be better off without him and that Dee Dee was an angel who allegedly desired her lover to kill her brother in revenge. But he continues going on and on and on about his delusional beliefs, Dexter gets fed up and finally strikes back as he yells, "SHUDDUP!"

(Link Here)

But deep down, he starts believing that Mandark was right: if he had just been born a regular boy, then Dee Dee would still be alive and then Blossom wouldn't be—OH NO!! BLOSSOM!!!!!!!

(Link Here)

Snapping back to reality, Dexter knocked his rival out of the way and rushed toward the drowning Powerpuff Girl.

(Link Here)

He smashed the silo to free his love, but there is no pulse as he becomes hysterical in believing that history was about to repeat itself. He quickly began performing CPR on Blossom, but if only he had to see ghosts...then he would've noticed the spirit of a brown-haired girl standing right behind him.

(Link Here)

Looking down, the ghost of Blossom saw Dexter futilely try to revive her...and she becomes horrified. (Honestly, I don't think it's possible for Blossom—or ANY Powerpuff Girl for that matter—since she is an artificially made transhuman and thus should NOT have a human soul.) Just then, Grim arrives to claim her soul when a blonde-haired angel (who seems to look VERY familiar) stops him.

(Link Here)

As the angel begins whispering into Grim ear, Blossom becomes a little embarrassed by Dexter trying to breath into her corpse. After constant begging from the angel, Grim finally relents, and she tells the spirit of the dead Powerpuff Girl that it is not her time to die as Dexter needs her; all the while, Blossom starts believing that the angel looks familiar...

(Link Here)

Casting a bright light, the angel asks the soon-to-be-revived Powerpuff Girl to tell Dexter about how she will always love him. And then...Blossom gasps back to life in the boy genius' arms. Hallelujah! Too bad Mandark ruins the moment by telling Dexter that Blossom would be better off without her.

(Link Here)

Meanwhile, Coop seems to be having the advantage and starts singing, "Who's da man?" But sadly, his luck had just run out as Samantha suddenly breaks her hand into the Megas' windshield and pulls him out, proclaiming, that SHE'S "the man". Shee attempts to take the Megas for herself, until...

(Link Here)

BAM!!! A black-haired fifth grader in a lime green Powerpuff Girls' dress suddenly arrives and sucker punches Samantha off the Megas and into Battus' arms, knocking a tooth out of her in the process. Samantha tries to get back at Buttercup, but Battus informs her that they have been ordered to retreat.

(Link Here)

Samantha vows vengeance against the green Powerpuff Girl, who had stolen her tooth and taunts her that she can "bet a dolloar on it (*SIGH* she hasn't change). Bubbles then arrives with Otto as Buttercup asks Coop where her sister is.

(Link Here)

Seeing the hatred in Dexter's eyes, Mandark urges his nemesis to finish him off—only to get slapped. Dexter proclaims that killing each other will not end their rivalry—nor brings Dee Dee back. He urges Mandark to imagine if HE had a sister that dies because of their rivalry...but Mandark reveals that he DOES have a sister...

(Link Here)

...Olga. Mandark explains that she was extremely bossy to him and all ordered him around, yet she was the only one who understood him and his passion for science.

(Link Here)

Mandark suddenly becomes more delusional as he deduces that Dexter want to kill out of revenge for Dee Dee and summon a Cluster (the very same Cluster at the end of the first chapter).

(Link Here)

The Cluster grabs Dexter and begins "slowly... very slowly......" squeezing him...until Buttercup breaks in.

(Link Here)

Bubbles rescues the unconscious Dexter, while Buttercup smashes the Cluster to pieces. Angered, Mandark activates the self-destruct sequence, attempting to kill all his enemies in a murder-suicide.

(Link Here)

Thankfully, Coop and Otto arrive in the Megas to save the heroes in the nick of time. HOORAY!!!!!! Unfortunately, there not enough time to rescue Mandark, who is left behind behind as Grim arrives and the base goes...

(Link Here)

BOOM! Bell suddenly wakes up and whispers, "Susan."

(Link Here)

Meanwhile, Dr. X and Zim are playing the original Destory All Humans! (which was only game in the series at the time this page was published). As they both lament Mandark's failure. X explains that his greatest strength—"[h]is hate that fueled his rage"—was what ultimately became his downfall. Just then, lasers destroy the TV screen, and the two villains notice it coming from a white-haired Powerpuff Girl with glowing red eyes. In another part of the base, the rest of the Darkstar Council members listen in on the commotion (while Mojo Jojo is chained up for some reason).

(Link Here)

Commander Destruction finishes the organic updates on Samantha's body. Bell angrily blames her father for the death of Susan and calls him a "stupid @#&%$#@#". Enraged, X begins spanking her ass and explains that Susan was the one who made the decision to end his life.

(Link Here)

Meanwhile, at the new Powerpuff House, Professor Utonium reveals that Blossom and Dexter are going to be alright but need some time alone at Blossom's request, but Buttercup gets angry and blames the nerdy boy for her sister's condition. Upstairs, Dexter apologizes for everything that happened today, claiming that she doesn't know what it's like to lose a sister.

(Link Here)

But the eldest Powerpuff Girl reveals that she DOES know as she shows him a purple piece of cloth. (Wait! What's so special about a piece of cl—OOOHHHHHHHHH...) Blossom explains that she and her sisters had a fourth Powerpuff Girl: Bunny (now voiced by Mike Pollock (following the retirement of passing of Christine Cavanugh (RIP))). Bunny was different from her sisters: she was extremely deformed, and she mistook all the police officers for criminals. But in the end, she ended up saving her sisters from the real criminals. Sadly, she died from her unstableness. Blossom goes on to admit that sometimes, "the people [they] take for granted...are the people [they] would miss the most". Suddenly, the green Powerpuff Girl bursts in and accuses them of being in an illicit relationship by... by "talking to each other". (Way to ruin such a touching moment, Buttercup.)

(Link Here)

Back at the remains of Mandark's base, a girl finds the dead boy genius' broken glasses. The chapter—and the first arc in general—ends with the girl taking off her hat, revealing black hair in two long pigtails and a similar "M" like cut at the side of her hair...

Somewhere in space an unconscious Atomic Betty is floating along with a ship's wrecks and Robot X-5's deactivated head. Amazo came to her and saw she was barely alive and read her mind to figure out what happened. He saw that Betty and her crew were approaching an unknown ship and infiltrated. She along with Sparky and Robot X-5 went into investigation and figured out the plan of Vexus. Vexus was explaining to Smytus how she wanted to take over planets with the help of the Darkstar Councils and the Irkens. Suddenly she noticed Betty and let her two Toybots and Protoboy attack. The first one of the Toybots crunched Sparky and afterward, Robotboy ripped X-5 apart. Betty managed to escape with the head of X-5, that could still talk. She then got onto her ship but the other Toybot jumped on it and tried to break it, but Betty went into light speed and managed to escape, but her ship was destroyed because of the jump, and Betty was left in space. Back in the present, Amazo got pity on her because she was the only survivor of Vexus' attack. He apologized to her for not being able to help her crew but said that he could help her. He took her back to Earth, saving her life.

Back in Megaville Dexter was fighting a Globmonster. He saw the Powerpuff Girls and commanded them to go to his lab and go back in time to prevent this, but instead, Blossom used her ice breath and froze the monster, Buttercup tossed him into the sky, and Bubbles kicked him and broke him into tiny pieces of ice, saving Dexter. After the girls defeated the monster they went back to their school where they continued with their normal doings. Bubbles was on the table with Mandy and Gaz, when suddenly Olga walked by. Mandy told Bubbles that the only thing she did was dance so Bubbles rushed towards her and asked her if she could join the group and Olga said she could. Bubbles asked Blossom to come with her to the dance rehearsal, but she didn't go since she was doing a science project with Dexter. Bubbles then asked Buttercup but she was going to Kendo class with Jack. Eventually, Blossom did come with Bubbles to the practice. There Mrs. Honeydew and Principal Skarr announced that Olga Pataki wouldn't be teaching because of an accident and that Mrs. Honeydew would replace her. Olga said that the light needed to be fixed by a genius and so Dexter responded and helped her. Blossom meanwhile had a talk with Olga and she revealed her real name was Lalavava Astronomonov. At Kendo class, Buttercup fought like an insane, and Jack gave a note to her that her father must come to him to talk about her. She gave the note to the professor who freaked out. Dexter meanwhile had fixed the problem and Blossom revealed the real name of Olga and Dexter was shocked. Meanwhile, Bell was along with GIR in space doing a mission for her dad. She had to test a time-distortion bomb on the moon. After she did that she saw that she lost the space suit she was wearing and GIR looked for it. Bell wasn't very happy since nobody wanted to go with her, suddenly a boy approached her thinking she might want a friend. The boy talked about GIR and Bell became mad and attacked him. the boy told that his name was Naga, and gave Bell the lost suits. GIR threw a rock to Naga but it went through him and thus revealed that he was a ghost and Bell headed for home.

Meanwhile, Jack and the professor decided what to do with Buttercup and suggested that Courage should stay with her and keep notes of what she was doing. At home, the professor also decided that Buttercup also should do other things than material art. So he first suggested science but that didn't go well, so he suggested cooking and that was ideal. At school, Bubbles was again with Mandy and Gaz, and Olga joined them. Gaz went away and became angry since her battery was running low. Olga then gave Bubbles information about the dance performance. That evening at the house of the girls, Bubbles asked if everything was good between her and Dexter. Blossom said that Dexter was acting strangely after the meeting with Olga. After Blossom explained Bubbles suggested going to the beach. The next day Bubbles, Blossom, Buttercup, Dexter, Olga, Mandy, and Courage went to the beach, and there were some conflicts between Dexter, Blossom, and Olga. At school, Mandy and Bubbles talked about it and she told Bubbles that Olga was Mandark's little sister. Suddenly Dib Membrane interrupted who was trying to escape from his sister Gaz who wanted batteries. Eventually, Jenny came and gave her the batteries. Bubbles was a huge fan of Jenny. Dib also said that she was here with her famous mom Mrs. Wakeman for the science fair and also said that Professor Utonium and Professor Membrane worked with her. At the girls' home, Jenny and Nora visited. The professor said to Buttercup that she will be serving snacks along with Jack at the science fair. The next day at the science fair everyone was there. Also, Samantha was there who had GIR on her back and dropped him with Sheldon and Tucker. GIR escaped and went into the theater where the dance performance was about to begin. GIR jumped onto the stage and Jenny immediately took action. She went to GIR but he jumped to her head and placed a button on her head. Jenny's pigtails began to form a portal for the Cluster to invade Megaville.

The Darkstar Council and Bell came out of it and started attacking everybody. They first evacuated everybody in the room. During the evacuation Blossom encountered Bell again and they went into battle against each other. Meanwhile, Jack killed one of the Darkstar Councils but was shortly after that encountered by Samantha who began to battle with Buttercup. Olga was still in the room and one of the Councils tried to kill her but she was saved by Bubbles. Bell meanwhile got another machine the same from Venus only smaller and jumped into a hole in the room followed by Blossom. The Council aimed for Olga again but that attack was blocked by Monkey. Another Council aimed for Buttercup, Jack, Mrs. Honeydew, and Courage but Monkey created a shield that blocked it. Samantha continued battling with Buttercup and Jack and knocked Jack down and got his katana. Mrs. Honeydew and Dexter helped them in the battle against Samantha. Samantha fled to the hole and Buttercup chased her, Dexter evacuated Olga.

Bell was fighting the security and afterward went in the gate with the machine. Blossom appeared after that and saved one security from a Cluster and followed Bell. Samantha came in next and almost killed the security but was saved by Buttercup and Samantha followed Bell and Blossom while Buttercup killed the giant Cluster. The security then gave Buttercup his glasses and Buttercup rushed into the hole. Meanwhile, at the science fair the Clusters continued with their attack and blocked the doors so that no one could escape. Professor Utonium and Mrs. Wakeman made a save room and Courage got everyone into it by using his people whistle. He then attacked the bugs but got helped by Bubbles. Professor Utonium tried to open a door but forgot the password. Dexter hacked the system and changed the password so they could open it, but failed and only could change the password so then he got some muscle who was Bubbles. Courage carried Bubbles to the safe room to open the door while Dexter is about to fight a giant robotic monster that the Cluster bugs formed. Bubbles and Courage were struggling to open the door when Courage kicked the door and injured his foot, Bubbles was furious at the door for hurting Courage and ended up kicking it down herself.

Once Bubbles looked inside she saw all the Megaville equipment that the past heroes used including Dynamo. Bubbles told to people to move in when Olga wanted to ask Bubbles something, but Bubbles was too focused on Dexter to even notice. When she finally noticed, Bubbles started using her sonic scream when she answered. Olga wanted Bubbles to get Dexter, but he came to Bubbles and told her that they have a serious problem that they need to take care of. Dexter told Bubbles that he can't slow down the Cluster monster and that they need to close the door now. Bubbles told Dexter that she was struggling to open the door before and is now struggling to close it. Professor activated Dynamo to hold the door close for the Cluster but the bugs drilled through it infecting Dynamo. She was shut down for rebooting while Bubbles tried to hold the door close. While Bubbles and Courage were holding off the Cluster monster, Otto's watch activated and detected tachyons which meant that the bomb that Bell was carrying has been detonated and brought attention to Dexter that Blossom may be in trouble. Suddenly, an explosion from a distance could be heard and the Cluster monster ran away. It was shown in Dexter's glasses that the explosion was growing stronger as it reaches the safe room. As it was too late to evacuate the area, most of the people panicked while Nora Wakeman, Bubbles, Courage, and Dexter stayed in tears. The explosion finally reaches the room and everyone is sucked into the light. As the light went towards Olga and Dexter, Dexter kissed Olga goodbye. Professor Utonium mourned for his daughters while Professor Membrane comforted him and Mrs. Wakeman mourned for Jenny. Bubbles apologized to Courage for not being able to save him but Courage thanked her for giving him a family. Meanwhile, the explosion reached Dr. X and Zim, Zim asked whether they'll die and Dr. X responded that even he doesn't know. Above the city Monkey and Battus were stuck in a stalemate until they notice the bomb's explosion. The villain then taunted Monkey about his failure of not being able to save anyone, angering Monkey. In retaliation, Monkey then rips the body of Battus in half, while the beaten villain responds to that he is already too late. The light approaches, Monkey takes off his mask and a tear slides over his cheek.

As Blossom follows Bell to the underground of the Megaville Center of the Arts she is followed by Samantha who in turn is followed by Buttercup. As Samantha is about to attack Blossom, Buttercup grabs her allowing Blossom to advance. Buttercup violently beats down Samantha who then sets her eyes on killing Buttercup.

Bell and GIR arrive at the belly of the dragon, shortly followed by Blossom. Bell taunts her adversary and attacks with the noisy cricket she stole from the Men In Black. Blossom counters this and heads for the bomb, but Bell prevents it. Blossom charges up her laser to shoot at GIR, Bell tries to stop her but Blossom remembers a conversation with Dexter about needing to be focused and so she did. She successfully blocked all of Bell’s attacks and fired her shot, destroying the machine the bomb was supposed to go in, and causing a power outage on the surface. Bell turns GIR into a SIR unit and fires a huge beam at Blossom reflected by GIR’s disco ball which turns it into large homing balls of energy that Blossom barely manages to deflect.

Buttercup and Samantha continue their fight, Buttercup landing a powerful punch, slowly destroying Samantha’s human exoskeleton. Samantha uses chains to bind Buttercup but is shortly after freed by the deflected energy balls of Blossom. Buttercup slams Samantha back and sees Blossom with burned hands on the ground as Bell attacks her, wanting revenge for Mandark’s death. Buttercup takes the hit but stands strong and pushes Bell away. Buttercup quickly continues to tie up Blossom’s hair and cover her burn wounds, Blossom does the same for her sister’s head wound. Samantha joins again and the girls switch opponents. As the fight continues, Naga and Dee Dee invited Grim to observe what is to come, having made a deal with him.

Samantha charges at a Buttercup clouded in poisonous gas after KO’ing Bell. Blossom dives in after but ends up getting caught by Samantha instead, Jack’s katana at her throat. Sam orders Bell to activate the bomb in GIR, but she refuses. Samantha slices Blossom’s throat, sending Buttercup berserk at Samantha, ready to kill her, Bell being on her tail. It turns out Blossom wasn’t cut at all by the blade but Buttercup continues her rampage until Blossom gets her attention. Buttercup frees her sister and they hug. Samantha confirms with GIR if he can activate the bomb, catching Bell’s attention who hurls Jack’s katana at Samantha, Blossom decides to split the hug so it doesn’t hit them, the blade impales Samantha. She stumbles back into the electrical surge that Blossom destroyed earlier and activates the bomb by sacrificing herself. Blossom feels regret over activating the bomb and killing Samantha. Bell and GIR head off but encounter Naga. Dee Dee appears before Blossom and Buttercup offering Jack’s katana and Grim comes to collect Samantha’s soul.

Somewhere in space the mothership of the Irken Empire, the Massive, is dwelling in space as its armada is gathering new snack supplies for the Almighty Tallest. Their ship gets attacked by the Cluster who quickly take over the ship. Vexus, aided by Protoboy, hacks into the ship and forces the Irkens to the escape pods with the Mighty Orbots to Irken invaded planets so she can claim them instead. She continues to take over the ship and once all the pods, including those of the tallest, are gone she merges with the Massive, making it a part of her. The Almighty Tallest declare war on the Cluster.

In a flashback, Olga confronts Dexter on the death of her older brother. She wants Dexter to admit his death, so he does, even going as far as saying he is the cause for his death. Olga realises that Dexter and her both lost something precious to them as they kiss and then realise the bomb didn’t explode anything. Afterwards all the scientists immediately perform research as everyone else is glad they’re all safe. Dee Dee takes Blossom and Buttercup back to the main stage in the art center as Bubbles and Courage also blast their way there to save Jenny. While Bubbles tries to save Jenny, Blossom and Buttercup are distracted by the Rowdyruff Boys floating in the air. The boys explain how they were brought back by the Men In Black and the Skyway Patrol and start a discussion with the girls about how they were destroyed in the first place and their job now. Dynamo rises from the ground with the others, ending the discussion. Nora quickly goes to Jenny to reboot her as the others reunite. Boomer however is fascinated with Bubbles and gives her a kiss on the cheek, much to everyone’s surprise and continued to kiss every other girl in the room as well, hoping to recreate the feeling he felt before he exploded last time he got kissed. Jack and Honeydew give Boomer a lecture on love. Monkey reunites with Honeydew again, revealing the purple sky. Honeydew and Jack have moment together much to Buttercup and Monkey’s envy. Weasel gets a phone call reporting that Megaville Elementary is the only viable location remaining resulting in Weasel becoming a teacher there, Dexter’s facilities being used as a conference place and the Rowdyruff Boys enrolling.

They conclude that they need to study what happened to Earth. It ends with someone trying to talk to Bell.

Bell gets awakened from her dream by Naga who wants to talk with her about something. Dr. X calls Bell and learns of the Darkstar Council’s death and allows Bell to play in the snow. Naga questions why she killed Samantha, if it only was was to protect GIR. Naga gets angry at Bell for not valuing life, but learns these values come from her father. Bell wishes she was back in the old days when her father showed he loved her. Meanwhile Grim and Dee Dee are with the spirit of Samantha. Grim begins soul-scouring, Dee Dee looking for a specific memory in Sam’s life.

In both Sam and Bell’s shared memory, Dr. X asked Sam to show a young Bell her robotic parts. Bell was fascinated by the robotic parts but Samantha left immediately, leaving Bell sad. Sam goes to her sleeping pod where Zim is working on a project. Sam gets in her sleeping pod. Zim suggests to fix her skin tissue and will wake her up when Dr. X demands it. Grim and Dee Dee delve further back in Sam’s memory where she wakes up in a facility with Dr. Xander. Sam discovers she survived a terrible accident and with the help of new technology was revived as a cyborg. She slowly remembered there was an incident in which kilobots caused for a huge massacre. Sam discovered that her medabot Peppercat and her friends all had died and went into apprenticeship with Dr. Xander. It didn’t get better but over time Sam’s grief faded.

Grim and Dee Dee follow up a new lead as Bell tells about her time in Black Eden. Bell recalls a memory of her meeting Zim in her home and forming her friendship with GIR. One day Sam was awakened by Xander again and she was to show Bell a new thing, her arm turned into a gun. It followed by Xander telling Bell he could change too, using chemical X. He showed his transformation, turning into a demon-like being, much to Bell’s fright. Luckily it was quickly fixed by Zim putting GIR’s dog costume on which calmed Bell down. Samantha knew Bell wouldn’t be ready and still wonders what Zim is doing there.

Further back in time Sam awakens and is tasked by Xander to retrieve the Irken, Zim, to join their cause. Xander also explains that he got a specimen of chemical X from Professor Utonium which he’ll be experimenting with. Sam travels to Antarctica to free Zim but finds him arguing with Killgore. Sam throws the tiny robot into a dishwasher and frees Zim, despite his constant insulting and threatening. Zim tries to attack Sam but she hacked his PAK so it would electrocute him if he does. Zim gives in and goes along, taking Killgore with him for experimentation. As they head back home, Sam finds Eden completely destroyed and under chemical X ooze. She finds Xander, transformed by the chemical X much to her horror. Xander grabs Zim and Killgore and uses a power manipulation to install fear in them, wiping their minds. Scared, the spirit of Sam begins to wake up and the memories scatter. It shows that Zim was able to use Killgore to summons Vexus and the cluster, making a deal with Dr. X and Sam becoming a cluster robot herself to forget all the pain in her life.

Bell tells Naga that her father forgot about Mandark, pushing onwards, while she can’t. They get interrupted by Mojo Jojo and Zim, requesting Bell to come home. Naga says she matters too and always can call upon him. Samantha awakens as goes along with Dee Dee to heaven as Grim and Naga discuss their recent discoveries, Naga telling that Bell is a special girl who will bring about change.

At Dexter’s house, he and the girls complain about the Rowdyruff Boys having enrolled in their school and tell Dexter’s mom what happened. Along with Olga they enrolled in their class and acted nice at the start. First Boomer changed his clothes in the girls locker room as instructed by his brothers, unbeknownst to him that it isn’t appropriate. Secondly Butch caused a fight between Sperg and Edd which he also solved by saving Edd but by dropping Sperg off a building, who in turn was saved by Boomer. When Brick arrived he was followed by a huge crowd of fangirls that the girls tried to stop. Brick received a locket from one which he gave to Butch who then threw it at Dexter who was experimenting in a classroom, ruining his whole project. The boys were then picked up with a helicopter by Weasel which ended the boy riot. Back in the present again, the Professor comes to pick up the girls, say their goodbyes and head home, preparing for an important day tomorrow as there is a meeting at the school.

The next day Noreen Wakeman, Utonium and Membrane arrive at the school. Dib and Gaz tagged along with Membrane, Gaz hoping to find her lost Gameslave at school, but are forbidden to take part in the meeting. Olga also sneaked into the school this day. Jenny and Bubbles latch onto each other as they all head to Dexter’s facilities at the school which he cleared for the meeting. Blossom is worried as she knows he had to hide Dee Dee’s corpse. They meet with Dexter who leads them to the meeting room. Boom unnecessarily welcomes everyone into Dexter’s lab as Weasel and the boys already entered. Inside are also Butch, Brick and Dr. Brisbaine, as well as Jack and Honeydew. Buttercup and Jack talk about how Courage is babysitting Monkey at Dexter’s. Jack also introduced Honeydew to her as a new good friend of his, making Buttercup jealous.

Weasel starts the meeting, introducing Dr. Jonathan Quell Brisbaine, who prompts the question to discover what happened when the bomb exploded. They come to a conclusion that space and time around the Earth are slowing down, making it invisible to the rest of the universe. Gaz and Dib break into Dexter’s lab and Gaz makes Dib set off all the traps alarming Dexter of their presence, prompting him to check it out. He worries but finds out it are Dib and Gaz and asks them what they are doing. The meeting hears a rumble and Bricks suggest to check it out, Brisbaine allowing it as Dexter needs to return. At the same time Admiral DeGill contacts the meeting.

Dexter and Blossom discover that Dee Dee’s body has been taken, assumingly by Olga. They check the cameras and discover it was Olga who puts on a mech suit from Mandark. She notices the camera and reveals Mandark’s glasses on her head before breaking the camera. Blossom is puzzled when Dexter is about to reveal he kissed Olga, Brick interrupted saying she is sending a message, to which Dexter agrees. Dee Dee’s robot isn’t destroyed meaning she needs it for something. Brick tries to let Blossom know that Dexter is guilty of something concerning Olga, Blossom tries to figure it out but is kissed by Dexter instead. Meanwhile Admiral DeGill requests for the Powerpuff Girls and XJ-9 to attend the meeting at the Justice League Watchtower in space, introducing Superman to them as well.

While the girls are riding Dynamo to the Watchtower in space, Bubbles and Dexter are texting. Dexter tells that his lab is being audited and hopes Bubbles can persuade Blossom to text him. The Powerpuff Girls, XJ-9 and the Rowdyruff Boys enter the dock station as Weasel meets with Admiral DeGill. DeGill explains that before the bomb exploded the Justice League was gathering about another inquiry. He also tells that Weasel’s reports are in line with Martian Manhunter’s. Bubbles and Jenny discuss the problems with Dexter, Blossom and Olga whilst Blossom thanks Brick for not telling anyone about what happened.

Superman comes to the stand and starts the meeting. He explains that the galaxy is at war but that Earth as kept in the shadows because the war is targeting them specifically. Vexus, leader of the Cluster has launched an attack on the Irken Empire, having stolen The Massive. The fight has evolved into one of the deadliest wars in galaxy's history. Vexus is the cause of Earth’s current state, but then gets confused by several terms, forcing Martian Manhunter to take over who tries to explain it in the most easy way.

The girls and Jenny return to a clear blue-sky Earth.
