|Reside in||Underworld, Earth|
A Mummy is a body, human or animal, whose skin and organs have been preserved by either intentional or incidental exposure to chemicals, extreme cold (ice mummies), very low humidity, or lack of air when bodies are submerged in bogs, so that the recovered body will not decay further if kept in cool and dry conditions. Some authorities restrict the use of the term to bodies deliberately embalmed with chemicals, but the use of the word to cover accidentally desiccated bodies goes back at least to the 1730s.
In Grim Tales, mummy's have gained an own life after their death. Tanis for example might have been wrapped in bandages when she passed away. She later also returned in the Underworld as a mummy. Irwin on the other hand inheritated it from his mother who also is a mummy, making him a half-mummy.
Powers and AbilitiesEdit
- Bandage control: Mummy's can control the bandages wrapping their bodies with their mind. They are capable of lifting objects up to an undetermined weight.
- Dark energy control: They can fire blasts of dark energy from their hands, or focus the energy into a ball of power.
