Harold "Coop" Cooplowski is a character from Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi. He appears in Chapter 5 and 6 but hasn't made any further appearances. He also appeared in Chapter 2 and 5 of Grim Tales in one panel. He originates from the Cartoon Network show, Megas XLR.

Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi
When Dexter went to save Blossom he wanted to use the Megas, but couldn't unless Coop came along. (Because he wanted to control the Megas)
At Mandark's Laboratory; Mandark first attacked the heroes with missiles, but since Dexter uploaded date of Dee Dee Megas could easily evade the missiles. Then Samantha came with her Megabee and the got into a battle while Dexter broke into the lab. Coop eventually destroyed the Megabee with his Megas. Samantha then jumped in front of him and tried to punch him but got sucker punched by Buttercup so Coop was saved.
After that Coop saved Dexter and the girls out of Mandark's lab and went back to the house of the Powerpuff Girls.
The Grim Tales From Down Below
Coop first appears in the Nasty Burger where he is eating many food until Grim comes to take his life. From this point on it is assumed he is dead. Though he later did appeared when he was representing the sin Gluttony when HIM told about the 7 Deadly Sins. He also appeared inside of the Megas in the Fallen Heroes art, although he was not seen.
Appearance
He wears blue pants with black shoes. He wears a white shirt with a red blocked jacket over it. He has blond hair and a little beard.
Origin
Coop is the pilot of Megas and the main protagonist of Megas XLR, Coop is overweight and has an insatiable appetite. Due to years of playing video games, he is an excellent pilot. He's not exactly the brightest person around—his amazing heroics are just accidents, and he usually ends up destroying more than he protects. Coop also is quite strong as depicted by his demonstrations of raw power, such as being able to punch a car window and breaking it without flinching or using a wrench to wreck a null distortion missile on Megas.
